Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and not be barred from using Sugarmeetings under any law.
• You may only have one account, and it must be about you: real photos, your real age and honest details.
• You must not have been removed from Sugarmeetings before, unless we said you may come back.

We remove accounts of anyone under 18 straight away and report them where the law requires it.

Sugarmeetings is a dating platform where adults meet and talk about relationships, including mutually beneficial ones. We provide the tools; we are not a party to any relationship, meeting, gift or arrangement between members, and we don’t check what members tell each other.

Sugarmeetings is not an escort or sex-work service. Offering, asking for or advertising sex or sexual services in exchange for money, gifts or anything of value is forbidden and leads to a permanent ban.

• Keep your password safe and don’t share your account. You are responsible for what happens on it. You can turn on two-step verification in Settings.
• Tell us right away at support@[your-domain] or in Support if you think someone else has used your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account & security.

To keep Sugarmeetings safe and respectful you must not:

• offer, request or advertise paid sex, escorting or any commercial sexual service;
• ask anyone for money, gift cards, crypto, “allowance tests” or fees, or run any kind of scam;
• harass, threaten, stalk, insult or discriminate against anyone;
• post nudity or sexual content in photos, posts or stories, or send sexual content to someone who hasn’t asked for it;
• use someone else’s photos, pretend to be someone else, or lie about your age;
• post anyone’s private information, including contact details in your profile photos;
• advertise, spam, sell anything, or recruit members for another service;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools, or try to get around our security, blocks or bans;
• do anything illegal, including human trafficking or anything involving minors.

We may review photos, posts, stories and reported messages to enforce these rules. We may warn, hide content, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break them, and block the devices and networks used. Serious cases are reported to the police.

You keep ownership of the photos, posts, stories and messages you share. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, show and process them only to run and improve Sugarmeetings, for as long as they’re on Sugarmeetings. You confirm you have the right to share everything you upload. We may remove any content that breaks these terms.

• Free: creating a profile, browsing, favoriting and matching are free.
• Men: the first 7 days of Premium are free when you create your profile. After that Premium is €29.99 a month.
• Women: the first 30 days of Premium are free when you create your profile. After that Premium is €14.99 a month or €35.99 every 3 months. Free women can like 100 people and start 15 new chats a day; replies are always unlimited.
• Black: €399.99 a month, for Sugar Daddies and Mommies.
• Gifts: members can buy Premium for another member as a one-time payment that doesn’t renew. Black members can give 1 month of Premium to 2 people every month, free.

Prices include VAT where it applies. Free periods don’t turn into paid subscriptions by themselves: you are only charged if you subscribe. If you subscribe during a free period, the first charge happens when the free period ends.

• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or every 3 months) at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings → Membership, or by asking in Support. You keep your membership until the end of the period you already paid for; it then stops renewing.
• If we ever change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
• If a payment fails we may pause paid features until it goes through.

If you live in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because Sugarmeetings’s paid features start the moment you subscribe, you ask us to start right away and you agree that you lose this right once the membership has started. If you cancel within 14 days we may still give a full or partial refund at our discretion.

We refund double charges and charges made by mistake in full. Contact us within 30 days through Support or at support@[your-domain]. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

We work hard to keep fake profiles and scammers out, but we can’t guarantee who a member really is, even with the ID verified badge. Be careful: never send money to someone you haven’t met, meet in public places, and read our safety tips. You can block and report anyone from their profile or your chat. If you are in danger, call 112.

You can stop using Sugarmeetings and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other members. If we close your account because you broke these terms, we don’t refund what you have already paid. If we close Sugarmeetings or your account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of your paid period.

We provide Sugarmeetings “as is” and do our best to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for how members behave, on or off Sugarmeetings, or for meetings and arrangements between members.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.

We may update these terms when Sugarmeetings changes or the law requires it. For important changes we tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using Sugarmeetings after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree you can delete your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you live in the EU you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in your own courts. Otherwise disputes go to Harju County Court, Estonia. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly in Support. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
